All the old ones suffered from it terribly, though I believe the news ones aren't so bad thanks to fancy differentials. I had a go in a friend's '09 Corsa VXR and the wheel turns nearly 90 degrees right under hard acceleration from a standstill!

Ok. I remember in top gear they tested one in maybe 2010 or something, and it was really hard to drive.

Yeah, it was pretty bad; the VXR Vectra was the worst of the bunch. They're supposed to be much better now, I'm angling for a test drive in a Corsa Nurburgring soon!
